Manteno Woman Killed in Crash on Dan Ryan in Chicago

Authorities are releasing the identity of a Manteno woman who died after her car fell off the Dan Ryan Expressway in Chicago’s Armour Square neighborhood.  The incident happened early yesterday morning near 29th Street.  Illinois State Police say 31-year-old Nicole Betts’ car went airborne after hitting crash barrels.  Betts’ vehicle then landed in a parking lot below the interstate.  Paramedics took Betts to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.  There were no other injuries.
