Sullivan Sentencing Date set

A sentencing date has been set for convicted cop killer Darius Sullivan. The 28 year old Sullivan was found guilty in September in the December 2021 shooting death of Bradley Police SGT. Marlene Rittmanic and of the wounding of her partner SGT. Tyler Bailey.  The Daily Journal reports that In Kankakee County Court today a sentencing hearing for Sullivan was scheduled for January 21st.  He’s facing a sentence of mandatory life in prison for Rittmanic’s death and 80 years for the attempted murder of Bailey.   Sullivan’s girlfriend, 29 year old Xandria Harris is also facing murder charges.   No trial date has yet been set for Harris.
