Jenna Vogel Charged in Court with Felony Drug Charges

The former owner and lead pharmacist for the now closed Doug’s Compounding Pharmacy in Paxton was charged this week in Ford County Court with felony drug charges, one of the charges a class X felony.  35 year old Jenna Vogel of Gibson City bought the business in 2019 and ran it until it closed in 2023 following alleged financial problems.  The News Gazette reports that in March of 2023 the feds allegedly confiscated over 43,000 prescription controlled substances in her home.  Vogal has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver.  Her next court hearing is March 25th.  The State has temporarily suspended her license.
