House Fire in Monticello

Firefighters were called to a home fire in White County, Indiana Wednesday night that severely damaged a home in Monticello.  Officials say a neighbor spotted smoke coming from the attached garage of the home just before 7 last night and called 911.   A Juvenile was the only one in the home at the time and escaped safely along with the family’s dog.
