Position Summary:
The Office Assistant supports daily operations, promotions, and administrative functions for Milner Media Partners. This position ensures the front office runs smoothly, assists with promotional activities, maintains organized records, and provides exceptional customer service to listeners, clients, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations
Oversee daily front desk activities including greeting guests, managing calls and mail, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Promotions & Prize Management
Administer all prize-related processes, including winner verification, inventory tracking, calendar updates, and timely distribution of prizes and promotional materials.
Interview & Remote Support
Coordinate interview logistics and remote broadcasts by preparing materials, communicating with staff and guests, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.
Administrative Duties
Provide general administrative support by managing office supplies, organizing records, processing orders, and assisting management with clerical tasks.
Facility & Supply Maintenance
Maintain office and facility supplies, ensuring restrooms, printers, and plants are regularly stocked and cared for.
Communication & Documentation
Manage internal and external communications, including monitoring email accounts, distributing memos, and issuing approved company announcements.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with consistent follow-through on tasks.
- Comfortable multitasking and managing administrative responsibilities independently.
- Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and general office technology.
- Prior experience in office administration, customer service, or radio promotions preferred.
