Illinois lawmakers were unable to pass a bill aimed at keeping the Chicago Bears in the state. Governor JB Pritzker gave his comments about it Monday morning during a press conference.
The Bears have indicated they plan to make a decision by late spring or early summer on whether to build a new stadium in Arlington Heights or Hammond.
