Wilmington man arrested on grooming/delinquncey charges

Grundy County Sheriff’s Police report the arrest of a 34-year-old Wilmington man on grooming and contributing to the delinquency of a minor charges. In a press release, Grundy County Deputies say they took a report September 22nd of a 13-year-old allegedly being groomed by Seth Anderson over the course of about a month. Allegations are that Anderson communicated with the minor through Snapchat and text messages supposedly requesting illicit contact with the teen. Police say Anderson also supplied the teen with alcohol and vape products. He was also found to be wanted on an outstanding drug warrant from Idaho. Anderson was arrested Monday. Reports say the investigation into the allegations continue.
