Position Overview

  • An advertising Account Executive with Milner Media Partners is responsible for selling and managing advertising campaigns on our radio stations, on our websites and other owned and operated inventory, and through our digital advertising platform. This role actively involves developing new clients, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring campaigns are successful and profitable. 
    • Identify and develop new clients on a consistent basis to generate revenue for radio, digital media, and event sponsorship’s
    • Re-engage inactive clients to generate new streams of revenue
    • Manage, renew, and renegotiate terms with existing clients 
    • Exceed sales goals and expectations for sales quotas
    • Create and present compelling advertising proposals to prospective and existing clients
    • Generate new advertising ideas and write creative copy for clients
    • Coordinate, organize and implement all promotional efforts for clients
    • Ensure all deadlines and process timelines are up-to-date and met
    • Be a trusted advisor for clients on advertising strategy
    • Maintain on-going business relationships with clients through in-person meetings
    • Actively involved in radio station promotions and community efforts
    • Assist with production as needed
    • Represent the organization at various community and client/functions and events
