Stacy Barclay - Director of Business Development

Stacy holds a Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) from Olivet Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Television Production from Columbia College in Chicago. She is a member of the Manteno Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Bradley Bourbonnais Community High School Academic Foundation Board of Directors, CLOVE Alliance Board of Directors, MCA Adult Day Center Board of Directors and Pledge for Life Partnership Board of Directors. Stacy is an Emmy Award winning Associate Producer in the category: Outstanding Achievement for Children’s Programming for her work on “News for Kids” during her time at WMAQ-TV NBC 5.
Together with her advertising sales team, they generate new business opportunities for broadcast and digital clients. Stacy has close to 30 years of combined experience in a variety of business development roles with expertise in sales, marketing, advertising, and media relations. She is a creative, team-oriented person with a dynamic outlook on life and a strong desire to succeed.
Stacy is a lifelong Chicago Bears FAN and season ticket holder. New Orleans is her 2nd home. She, along with her husband, serves at Gathering Point church. Stacy enjoys live music, and is adjusting to being an empty nester. Stacy states “I love my work and, for better or worse, I am a self-professed workaholic”.
Erika McGrath - Business Development Manager

Erika McGrath is a trusted sales professional with over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and media; spanning broadcast, print, and all things digital. Her deep expertise and commitment to client success makes her a valuable partner in helping businesses grow.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction as well as Business Management from Illinois State University. This unique background fuels her passion for understanding each client’s business and guiding them toward their goals with strategic, results driven solutions.
Originally from the small town of Glasford, Illinois, Erika has called Bourbonnais home for over 20 years. She lives with her husband, Jamie, and their son, Ethan. Who, more often than not, can be found alongside her on the golf course playing best ball every weekend.
Mike Ruble - Business Development Executive

Mike has been in the radio business for over 40 years. He has been a radio personality for WIVR and WVLI for the last 25 years.
Mike’s love for radio started when he was in high school. He was bitten by the radio bug (and says ‘“there is no cure”) while he was doing reports, local news and sports for his classmates and community.
He holds a degree from The Broadcast Center in Missouri. Mike also taught radio studies at The Illinois Center for Broadcasting in Lombard, IL.
Mike is an active member of the Bradley Lions Club, the President of New Beginnings for Cats, serves on the Watseka and Rensselaer Chamber Board, the Kankakee River Conservancy Board, and is very active in the Bourbonnais, Iroquois County, and NW Indiana area.
Mike has added Business Development Executive to his professional resume for over a decade. Mike enjoys being involved in local events and states, “local involvement is paramount for success”. He cares about helping businesses grow in the local and surrounding areas.
Ebony Clark - Advertising Account Executive

Though new to the world of radio, Ebony brings a wealth of marketing experience and a fresh perspective to every project. She’s driven by collaboration, community impact, and the belief that when local businesses thrive, everyone benefits. Her approach is grounded in authenticity and fueled by a love for sparking creativity that leaves a lasting impression.
Outside of work, Ebony enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, and finding inspiration in everyday life. Matthew Moody - Account Executive

Born and raised in Bourbonnais, IL, Matt is a basketball-loving, hiking-happy, kitchen-conquering, card-collecting professional nerd. With a Business Administration degree from Illinois State University and several years of experience doing important-sounding things, he’s the kind of guy who can explain advanced sports stats and make you dinner while doing it.
Matt has over six years of experience working in corporate enterprise and mid-market sales in highly competitive markets, where building long-lasting relationships was key to success. His expertise in digital marketing and commitment to finding customized solutions for clients make him a valuable partner in helping businesses grow and scale.
His dream if money didn’t matter? To travel the world and learn new cultural perspectives, then open a tiki bar on a beach that serves smoothies called “Moothies.” Yes, he already has flavors planned. No, you can’t steal the name.
Rebecca Buono - Support Specialist

Rebecca started working in her family’s local grocery store in Kankakee & Herscher (Mario’s Market) and has been in customer service for the past 20 years. She worked for Walt Disney Live Entertainment and Photo Imaging at Walt Disney World for 12 years. Upon moving back to the area, she became a freelance photographer for Image Group Photography.
While at Disney, Rebecca was part of the Opening Teams for New Fantasyland, Pandora World of Avatar, Guest Experience Team Hollywood Studio’s, Star Wars Galaxies Edge, Star Wars Star Curser Resort, and Tron Roller Coaster. Won Disney’s Employee of the Quarter 3 times.
Rebecca is a true artist. She enjoys crafting, painting, drawing, photography, reading and listening to all genres of music. This gives her a “creative upper hand when problem solving”. Rebecca lives her life by the Anne of Green Gables quote, “Isn’t it nice to think that tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it…yet”.
