Dredging project underway to clean Bourbonnais Municipal pond

The dredging project is underway for the pond in front of the Bourbonnais Municipal Center. During last night’s Village Board meeting, Public Works Director Terry Memenga gave the Board an update on the project

Memenga said Monday was the fifth day for the project, with another 11 working days expected before the dredging is done. Between one and two feet of silt is being taken from the bottom of the pond.
