Project Headspace and Timing Receives Half-Million Dollar Donation

Local veteran nonprofit organization Project Headspace and Timing recently received a donation of over half a million dollars at the 2026 Sheet Metal Air Rail and Transportation Workers Leadership Conference in Chicago. Founder and CEO Eric Peterson says it’s the largest donation the group has received in its almost ten year history.

Peterson says Project Headspace and Timing plans to use the bulk of the donation to buy property for a peer support retreat center for veterans, first responders, and their families.
