The Kankakee County Coroner’s Office has identified the passenger as 59-year-old Craig Reilly and the driver as 59-year-old Anne Reilly, both of Bradley. Bradley Police say it was just after 9 p.m. when officers were flagged down by a person who pointed out a car that appeared to be stalled on the North Street/I-57 overpass.
